MMCRU Families,
As fall events are underway, we wanted to send some reminders for all home events for the year. Please help everyone out at sporting events this year by keeping our facilities clean and used properly. Here are a few reminders that need to be followed:
There is no seating on the track
Elementary students must be accompanied by an adult and sitting with their family
Middle school students should be in the student section or sitting with their family.
Students should not be hanging out on the playground, dugouts, commons, or other areas on campus during events.
Students should not bring Bicycles, Scooters, Roller Skates, or anything else that can be ridden on the walking path.
These can be parked at the bike racks by the shop or parked by the high school gymnasium.
Pets are not allowed at events
The first time these are seen, students will be warned and if this is seen again a second time they may be asked to leave.
For football games, the elementary playground will be closed. Though the playground is typically able to be used with a parent supervising there will wind up being more children on the playground than a parent should have to supervise.
Below is our handbook policy on spectator courtesy.
Courtesy at Athletic & Other Events
Parents, faculty and staff must share the responsibility of teaching students appropriate behavior at activities. If a faculty or staff member observes inappropriate behavior it may have to be reported to an administrator. During events students are expected to:
Be respectful and quiet during the national anthem.
Be respectful and quiet during the performance.
Stay seated until a natural break such as intermission, halftime, between games etc.
Be respectful and courteous to others.
Demonstrate good sportsmanship to families, school, and community.
No running around the parking area or the end of the football field.
Students shall not bring game balls to contest for alternative activities.
Animals are not permitted at games or competitions per state guidelines.
Thank you,
MMCRU Administration

As we begin another school year, we want to make it easy for you to stay up to date with everything happening at MMCRU.
We encourage everyone to use Bound as their primary resource for activity and athletic schedules throughout the school year. Bound is especially helpful for staying informed about:
- Athletic schedules and events
- Extracurricular activities
- Game and event locations
- Start times
- Schedule changes, postponements and cancellations
Schedules can change throughout the year, sometimes on short notice, so we strongly encourage families to check Bound regularly and download the Bound app for convenient access.
Thank you for your continued support of our students, coaches, sponsors and activities programs. We are looking forward to another great year at MMCRU!
